Return Policy

All sales are final at Canvas Promo Bags due to the made-to-order nature of our customized products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any order once it has been processed and production has begun.

Exceptions

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, email support@canvaspromobags.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  • Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement or appropriate solution.

What is Not Covered

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders based on customer error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with custom design, size, or color choices unless the product is defective or incorrect.
