Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are custom made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow up to 12 business days for production. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free Worldwide)
    Delivery within 15 business days after production completion.

  • Express Shipping (Optional, Additional Cost)
    Delivery within 5–7 business days after production completion. Contact sale_support@canvaspromobags.com for rates and availability.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is free for all orders, regardless of destination or order size.

  • Express shipping fees vary based on destination and package weight. Fees are calculated at checkout or provided in your quotation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier details. Use this information to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, India, UAE, Qatar, and more. If your country is not listed, contact us at support@canvaspromobags.com for assistance.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost.

  • Damaged Shipments: Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@canvaspromobags.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  • Delayed Shipments: Transit delays can occur due to customs or carrier issues. If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Order Modifications

Shipping address changes or order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes may not be possible.
