  • Available sizes: Small (12"×14"), Medium (14"×16"), Large (16"×18"), Extra-Large (18"×20")

  • Material: Premium cotton canvas (300-400 GSM)

  • Minimum order quantities: 200, 500, or 1000 pieces per design

  • Production time: 12 business days

  • Delivery: 15-25 business days worldwide

3. Orders and Acceptance

Order Process: Orders are placed through our website or by contacting our sales team directly. All orders require written confirmation and payment before production begins.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send written confirmation and begin production.

Custom Specifications: Customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, artwork, and design requirements. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided materials.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice. Bulk discounts apply as specified in individual quotations.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment required before production begins

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal

  • All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways

5. Production and Delivery

Production Timeline: Standard production time is 12 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.

Shipping: We provide free worldwide shipping with standard delivery in 15 business days. Express shipping options available at additional cost.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

No Returns Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Defective Products: We will replace or refund products that are defective, damaged in transit, or not manufactured according to approved specifications. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

Customer Content: Customer retains ownership of all logos, designs, and artwork provided for customization.

License: By submitting designs, customer grants us a non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for fulfilling the specific order.

Our IP: All website content, processes, and proprietary methods remain our exclusive property.

8. Quality and Warranties

Product Warranty: We warrant that products will be free from material defects in workmanship for 30 days from delivery.

Limitation: This warranty is limited to replacement of defective products and excludes normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Our products are sold "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved.
